Ultim’ Emotion

ULTIM’ EMOTION (ex GITANA 11) is one of the very few Ultim trimarans available in the world!

She was previously an Orma 60 Trimaran (Ex. Belgacom until 2004). She was lengthened to 77ft in 2009 in order to aim for the win in the Route du Rhum 2010. She has established an exceptional racing pedigree and is a true thoroughbred, having won numerous honours in the last decade. Built entirely in Carbon/Nomex, ULTIM’ EMOTION has a displacement of only 7 tonnes rendering her exceptionally light and durable. She will be available between the 19th and 23rd June 2015 to participate in the Record SNSM, and will surely be amongst the favourites to win (still record holder of the SNSM) She has the capacity to sail over 40 knots!

This is the first and only time that such a unique maxi trimaran can be privately chartered either for day sailing or regattas. ULTIM’ EMOTION will also be available to compete in a host of prestigious racing events throughout the year, including the Caribbean RORC 600, Rolex FASTNET, Rolex Middle Sea Race, RORC Transatlantic Race and numerous others.
